According to Moviehole, Brendan Fraser told Australian Empire magazine that he's developing an update of The Tenth Victim, the Elio Petri flick. Fraser tells the publication he hopes John McTiernan (Die Hard) will direct and Rebecca Romijn-Stamos (X-Men) will star.
The film would star Romijn-Stamos as a lovely TV actress, living in a world of legalized murder hunts. She's been assigned her tenth hit, the one that will ultimately lead to material success.
The original 1965 film starred Ursula Andress, Elsa Martinelli and Marcello Mastroianni. In the meantime, Fraser's all set to start work in April on the film The Invaders for Roland Joffe.
